各位同學(xué)：

 

    2015年本科生巴黎高科9+9畢業(yè)班項(xiàng)目開(kāi)始進(jìn)入推薦申請(qǐng)階段，我校將繼續(xù)選派優(yōu)秀本科生至巴黎高科學(xué)。本次選拔工作以學(xué)生自愿、擇優(yōu)推薦、公平公正為原則進(jìn)行。現(xiàn)將選拔相關(guān)要求說(shuō)明如下。

 

一、報(bào)名條件：

    1、身體健康、品行端正，未受過(guò)處分；

2、成績(jī)優(yōu)秀； 

3、英語(yǔ)（外語(yǔ)）優(yōu)秀；

5、本科畢業(yè)班同學(xué)。

 

    二、申請(qǐng)流程：

1、學(xué)生下載附件一《上海交通大學(xué)本科生海外交流項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)/審批表》，填寫(xiě)完成前三部分并經(jīng)院（系）簽署意見(jiàn)蓋章后于9月19日下午16:30前交至新行政樓B112崗位五。

2、教務(wù)處、國(guó)際交流處、學(xué)生處等部門(mén)將通過(guò)審核學(xué)生申請(qǐng)材料的方式確項(xiàng)目推薦名單。推薦名單將在上海交通大學(xué)教務(wù)處主頁(yè)公示三天。

    3、學(xué)校將推薦名單提交到對(duì)方學(xué)校并通知被推薦同學(xué)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上申請(qǐng)。

4、對(duì)方學(xué)校審核我校學(xué)生申請(qǐng)材料并對(duì)候選學(xué)生進(jìn)行筆試和面試。

5、對(duì)方學(xué)校將給通過(guò)審核的學(xué)生寄送交流生入學(xué)許可材料（邀請(qǐng)信），同時(shí)，學(xué)生須著手準(zhǔn)備其他赴對(duì)方學(xué)校的手續(xù)（簽證、機(jī)票、海外保險(xiǎn)等）。

 

    三、說(shuō)明：

1、請(qǐng)各學(xué)院（系）協(xié)助做好本次交流交換生選拔工作的宣傳和推薦工作。

2、申請(qǐng)巴黎高科9+9畢業(yè)班項(xiàng)目的同學(xué)不能再報(bào)名申請(qǐng)直升研究生。

3、網(wǎng)上申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目前，請(qǐng)務(wù)必在合作學(xué)校官方網(wǎng)站（各校一般設(shè)有專門(mén)網(wǎng)頁(yè)）確認(rèn)該學(xué)校是否有相關(guān)專業(yè)可選讀以及相關(guān)專業(yè)是否對(duì)交流生開(kāi)放，或是否以本人熟悉的語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行授課，再行申請(qǐng)。

4、ParisTech Engineering Schools的網(wǎng)申將于8月1日開(kāi)放，HEC Paris的網(wǎng)申將于8月25日開(kāi)放，有意向申請(qǐng)的同學(xué)可先進(jìn)行外方學(xué)校的網(wǎng)上申請(qǐng)，但學(xué)生只有在獲得我校推薦資格后，其申請(qǐng)方能被外方學(xué)校接受。

Candidates wishing to apply to Ecole Polytechnique must also complete the Ecole Polytechnique online application:

Main dates of the Engineering Schools procedure:

-  1^st August 2014:  Opening  date of the online application

-  29 September 2014: closing date of the on line application

-  Saturday 18 October 2014:  the written exams simultaneously in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and Wuhan.

-  Tuesday 28 October – 3 November 2014:  Interview by ParisTech Selection Board in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing and Wuhan.

-  3^rd December 2014 : Publication of admission results

- 3^rd December 2014: Publication of admission results
