In 2019 the Bürkert Foundation funds 3 internships at Bürkert Company in Germany for students from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) of the following institutes:
• Institute of Manufacturing Technology and Equipment Automation
• Institute of Mechatronics Design and Knowledge-based Engineering
• Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing and Information Engineering
Job description
1. Development of fuel cell components:
• Concept development and construction of components or solutions in our segment gas; various measurements in the lab; Cooperation in current customer projects
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in mechanical and/or mechatronic engineering
• Ability to different languages in English and/or German are desirable
• Excellent communication and organizational skills: verbal, writing and presentation skills
2. Reengineering and qualification of a manual process valve for hygienic applications as part of an international development team:
• Verification and validation planning based on market requirements and product specifications; Definition of test scenarios together with development teams; Build test equipment and perform qualification tests
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in mechanical engineering
• Ability to different languages in English, Mandarin and/or German are desirable
• Excellent communication and organizational skills: verbal, writing and presentation skills
3. Analysis of Intellectual Property Rights:
• Analysis of patenting characteristics of competitors
• Identifying not-allowed Trademark use
• Searching for infringement cases
Qualifications:
• Demonstrate commitment in basic software skills
• Demonstrate understanding of mechanical engineering or other technical subjects
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in intellectual property
• Ability to speak German or English
• Excellent communication and organizational skills: verbal, writing and presentation skills
Amount and duration:
• 750 EUR per month
• 2-3 months（July-September）
