Biography
初旭博士現(xiàn)任英國埃克塞特大學(xué)副教授，博導(dǎo)，德國斯圖加特大學(xué)Privatdozent,博導(dǎo)。他和團隊首創(chuàng)了高可信，端到端的AI工程師：OpenFOAMGPT 2.0 （03.2025), 研發(fā)了第一個流體力學(xué)領(lǐng)域的AI科學(xué)家（05.2025): turbulence.ai。AI科學(xué)家獨立完成了數(shù)篇科研論文，一篇博士論文。
Abstract
Agentic-AI is redefining how we build and discover. I introduce two roles: the AI Engineer-exemplified by OpenFOAMGPT, a trustworthy, end-to-end multi-agent system spanning pre-processing, simulation, post-processing, and automated validation with reproducible results on canonical and industrial tasks. In parallel, the AI Scientist—turbulence.ai—automates idea generation, simulation, analysis, and writing, compressing multi-year R&D cycles (including writing scientific manuscripts and even phd thesis) into seconds and radically accelerating knowledge discovery. Together, they signal a new wave of creative destruction in engineering and science, pointing toward products designed and laws uncovered by agentic systems under human oversight.
