國(guó)際學(xué)生看中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化-參訪上海節(jié)卡機(jī)器人公司(JAKA)[圖]

為引導(dǎo)國(guó)際學(xué)生深入了解中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化背景下的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展成果,拓展專業(yè)視野,提升跨文化理解力,2025年5月20日,上海交通大學(xué)機(jī)械與動(dòng)力工程學(xué)院來自意大利、韓國(guó)、巴基斯坦、馬來西亞、孟加拉國(guó)、津巴布韋和尼日利亞的學(xué)生們,赴中國(guó)領(lǐng)先的高科技企業(yè)——上海節(jié)卡機(jī)器人有限公司(JAKA)參訪學(xué)習(xí)。此次活動(dòng)由機(jī)械與動(dòng)力工程學(xué)院留學(xué)生會(huì)(MEISU)承辦,旨在通過實(shí)地考察,讓國(guó)際學(xué)生深入了解中國(guó)在智能制造與機(jī)器人技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的前沿發(fā)展,親身感受中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化所蘊(yùn)含的科技力量與創(chuàng)新精神。本次參訪活動(dòng)特別邀請(qǐng)到上海交通大學(xué)留學(xué)生服務(wù)中心的于沁靈和周奚焱兩位老師,為活動(dòng)增添了寶貴支持與專業(yè)引導(dǎo)。


On May 20, 2025, international students of the School of Mechanical Engineering from Italy, South Korea, Pakistan, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, and Nigeria visited JAKA Robotics, a leading high-tech enterprise in China. This event was organized by the Mechanical Engineering International Students Union (MEISU) and aimed to provide international students with firsthand exposure to China's cutting-edge advancements in intelligent manufacturing and robotics technology, allowing them to experience the technological prowess and innovative spirit embodied in Chinese modernization. The visit was graced by the presence of two teachers from the International Student Service Center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Yu Qinling and Zhou Xiyan, who provided invaluable support and professional guidance.

師生一行在企業(yè)講解人員的帶領(lǐng)下,參觀了節(jié)卡機(jī)器人的產(chǎn)品展示區(qū),深入了解公司在協(xié)作機(jī)器人領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)理念與核心技術(shù)。企業(yè)展示了其機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品在汽車制造、電子器件、智能產(chǎn)線等高端制造領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用,充分展現(xiàn)出中國(guó)在推動(dòng)新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力方面的科技實(shí)力與產(chǎn)業(yè)布局。更令同學(xué)們驚喜的是,節(jié)卡公司還將機(jī)器人技術(shù)延伸至日常生活場(chǎng)景,開發(fā)了自動(dòng)咖啡沖泡系統(tǒng)與機(jī)器人面條機(jī)等產(chǎn)品。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)演示生動(dòng)有趣,既展現(xiàn)出人工智能在生活服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新融合,也彰顯出中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化所蘊(yùn)含的智慧生活理念。


來自意大利的Andrea Bitti表示:“在參觀節(jié)卡期間,我們了解了協(xié)作機(jī)器人的主要組成部分,比如機(jī)器人本體和控制單元,并見識(shí)了它們是如何通過一個(gè)非常直觀的界面進(jìn)行編程的。他們還演示了機(jī)器人在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中的應(yīng)用,比如制作咖啡或在工業(yè)線上工作。這次參訪非常有趣,讓我對(duì)未來在機(jī)器人與自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域的工作機(jī)會(huì)有了新的認(rèn)識(shí)。”


Guided by corporate representatives, the students and faculty toured JAKA Robotics' product exhibition area, gaining insights into the company's innovative design philosophy and core technologies in the field of collaborative robots. The company showcased the extensive applications of its robotic products aptly named “Cobots”, in high-end manufacturing sectors such as automotive production, manufacturing of electronic components and smart production lines, fully demonstrating China's technological strength and industrial layout in advancing new quality productive forces. To the students' delight, JAKA has also extended robotic technology to everyday life, developing products like an automated coffee brewing system and robotic noodle makers. The live demonstrations were engaging and lively, highlighting the innovative integration of artificial intelligence in lifestyle services and the smart living concepts inherent in Chinese modernization.


Andrea Bitti from Italy remarked, "During the visit to JAKA, we learned about the main components of collaborative robots, such as the robot body and control unit, and saw how they are programmed through a highly intuitive interface. They also demonstrated real-world applications, such as making coffee or working on industrial production lines. This visit was incredibly interesting and gave me new perspectives on future career opportunities in robotics and automation."

 



參訪過程中,同學(xué)們還實(shí)地體驗(yàn)了節(jié)卡公司的機(jī)器人行業(yè)培訓(xùn)平臺(tái),學(xué)習(xí)了協(xié)作機(jī)器人系統(tǒng)的操作流程與典型應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景。在互動(dòng)交流環(huán)節(jié)中,圍繞機(jī)器人設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化、智能控制、產(chǎn)業(yè)應(yīng)用拓展等技術(shù)問題,同學(xué)們積極提問,表現(xiàn)出濃厚興趣。不少同學(xué)還就企業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)際人才的需求、實(shí)習(xí)崗位設(shè)置、應(yīng)聘條件與職業(yè)發(fā)展路徑等話題進(jìn)行了深入咨詢。講解人員結(jié)合企業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)實(shí)踐與行業(yè)趨勢(shì),就技術(shù)技能要求、跨文化工作能力、實(shí)習(xí)與就業(yè)對(duì)接機(jī)制等方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)解答,鼓勵(lì)同學(xué)們結(jié)合自身背景積極探索職業(yè)發(fā)展方向。


來自尼日利亞的Olukayode Niyi Ezekiel也分享道:“這次參訪讓我接觸到了前沿科技,展示了機(jī)器人技術(shù)在重新定義制造與生產(chǎn)行業(yè)方面的潛力。這是我第一次了解節(jié)卡公司,他們的工作令人印象深刻。我也想對(duì)本次活動(dòng)的組織者表示衷心感謝——他們做得非常出色。”


During the visit, the students also had hands-on experience with JAKA’s robotic industry training platform, learning about the operational processes and typical application scenarios of collaborative robot systems. In the interactive Q&A session, students actively raised questions on topics such as robot design optimization, intelligent control, and industrial applications, showing strong interest. Many also inquired about the company’s demand for international talent, internship opportunities, hiring criteria, and career development paths. The corporate representatives provided detailed responses based on the company’s talent development practices and industry trends, covering technical skill requirements, cross-cultural work competencies, and internship-to-employment transition mechanisms. They encouraged the students to explore career development directions in line with their backgrounds.

 

Olukayode Niyi Ezekiel from Nigeria shared, "This visit exposed me to cutting-edge technology that showcased the potential of robotics in redefining the manufacturing and production industries. It was my first time learning about JAKA, and their work was truly impressive. I’d also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the organizers of this event—they did an outstanding job."

此次面對(duì)面的企業(yè)交流,不僅增強(qiáng)了國(guó)際學(xué)生對(duì)中國(guó)智能制造產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)的系統(tǒng)認(rèn)知,也有效引導(dǎo)他們關(guān)注未來就業(yè)與實(shí)習(xí)路徑,提升了職業(yè)規(guī)劃意識(shí)和行業(yè)融入能力。通過沉浸式交流與實(shí)踐體驗(yàn),同學(xué)們普遍表示對(duì)中國(guó)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展路徑有了更加全面而深刻的認(rèn)識(shí),也對(duì)在華實(shí)習(xí)、就業(yè)和發(fā)展的前景充滿期待。


本次活動(dòng)是機(jī)械與動(dòng)力工程學(xué)院積極落實(shí)“三全育人”理念、打造國(guó)際學(xué)生第二課堂、講好新時(shí)代中國(guó)故事的重要實(shí)踐。未來,學(xué)院將繼續(xù)依托校企合作優(yōu)勢(shì),搭建多樣化交流平臺(tái),進(jìn)一步拓展國(guó)際學(xué)生的多元文化認(rèn)知與人文情懷,助力其成長(zhǎng)為具有全球視野、跨文化溝通能力與責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)母咚刭|(zhì)國(guó)際化人才。


This corporate visit not only deepened international students' systematic understanding of China's intelligent manufacturing ecosystem but also effectively guided them in exploring future employment and internship pathways, enhancing their career planning awareness and industry integration capabilities. Through immersive discussions and hands-on experiences, the students expressed a more comprehensive and profound understanding of China's high-quality development path and shared their optimism about the prospects of interning, working, and building careers in China.

 

This event reflects the School of Mechanical Engineering’s active implementation of the "Three-Wide Education" principle, creating a second classroom for international students and telling China’s stories in the new era. Moving forward, the school will continue to leverage industry-academia collaboration to build diverse exchange platforms, further expanding international students' multicultural awareness and humanistic spirit, and nurturing them into globally competent, cross-culturally adept, and socially responsible high-caliber talents.
